Modular Operation Theater (OT)

Our Modular Operation Theaters are engineered to eliminate cross-contamination, streamline surgical workflows, and integrate state-of-the-art cleanroom technology.

From architectural layout planning to cleanroom validation, every detail is crafted around clinical asepsis:

  • Pre-Fabricated Wall & Ceiling Panels: Flush mounted with seamless joints, anti-bacterial paint coating, and acoustic/thermal insulation.
  • Class 100 Laminar Air Flow: Terminal HEPA filtered plenum ceiling system supplying sterile, unidirectional air over the operating field.
  • Central OT Control Panel: Microprocessor panel displaying operation clocks, temperature, humidity, HEPA pressure status, and gas alarms.
  • Conductive Anti-Static Flooring: Seamless conductive vinyl/epoxy flooring with coved borders to discharge electrostatic charges safely.
  • Hermetically Sealed Sliding Doors: Automatic microprocessor-driven sliding doors with vision panels and touchless sensor activation.
